- Be returned in original packaging

- Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if eligible.
4. Exchanges

- All exchanges depend on product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary.
5. No Restocking Fees
Geramia does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time depending on your provider.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval.
7. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promo codes must be applied at checkout.
We are unable to apply discounts after purchase or adjust completed orders.
